AAA MOULD specializes in the production of injection molds. This solar panel accessory is custom-made for a Croatian customer. During the customization process, full consideration was given to the harsh local climate conditions in Croatia and the characteristics of solar equipment used outdoors for a long time. Starting from the mold design stage, process standards for UV resistance and low-temperature impact resistance were integrated. High-performance engineering plastics that meet EU environmental certification standards were selected, and high-precision molding of the accessory structure was achieved through precision injection molding technology, ensuring perfect adaptation to the main components of the customer's solar panels.

Mould Design
The mold design for this solar panel accessory is centered around the principles of "adaptability, durability, and efficiency". Structural analysis and optimization were conducted to enhance cold resistance and wind resistance.
S136 steel and self-lubricating components are used to control precision; the hot runner system prevents surface defects and facilitates the adhesion of anti-fouling coatings; built-in monitoring and spiral cooling channels shorten the production cycle while balancing quality and efficiency, meeting the needs of the Croatian customer.
Mould Manufacturing
The manufacturing of this mold adheres to strict high standards: S136 steel undergoes deep cryogenic treatment and precision grinding to ensure the mold cavity is smooth and wear-resistant; guide pillars and bushings are assembled with high precision to guarantee stable operation; the hot runner system and spiral cooling channels are integrated in a modular manner, with the simultaneous installation of monitoring modules; full-process quality inspection controls dimensions and performance to achieve stable production, meeting the customization requirements of the accessory.
