Mould Design

The mold core and cavity are made of S136 steel, with precise calculation based on a material shrinkage rate of 0.7%. Combined with wall thickness optimization (average 2.0-2.5mm) through Moldflow analysis, it guarantees stable dimensions and controllable deformation after molding.
Mould Manufacturing
In mold manufacturing, the mold base is made of S50C steel. The precision of the mold core and cavity is guaranteed by CNC precision machining and EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining). The hot runner system adopts the specification of TEP 15 CC, and the runner and gate dimensions are optimized via simulation to ensure the flow efficiency of the molten material. Mold trials are conducted before production, and process parameters are adjusted to ensure that the product weight, wall thickness and appearance comply with design standards.
