Mould Design
The mold adopts a hot runner + direct gate gating system, which effectively ensures uniform melt filling and reduces the risk of weld lines on the product. The mold core is made of S136 steel, with precise calculations based on a 0.7% material shrinkage rate. Combined with Moldflow analysis, the wall thickness is optimized (2.0-2.5mm on average) to ensure dimensional stability and controllable deformation of the product after molding.
Mould Manufacturing
In the mold manufacturing process, the mold base is made of S50C steel, and the mold core precision is guaranteed by CNC precision machining and EDM spark forming. The hot runner system is of TEP 15 CC specification, and the dimensions of the runner and gate are optimized through simulation to ensure melt flow efficiency. Mold testing and verification are carried out before mass production, and process parameters are adjusted to ensure that the product weight, wall thickness and appearance meet the design standards. The final delivered mold is a mass production mold with long service life and high reliability.
