Full-Process Quality Control System
AAA MOULD takes the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system as its core framework, establishing a seven-dimensional quality assurance chain covering mould design, manufacturing, injection production, and after-sales service.
Raw Material Traceability and Control
High-purity imported steel materials (such as NAK80 mirror steel, 718H pre-hardened steel, and S136 stainless steel) are adopted. Each batch of materials is accompanied by original factory material certificates, hardness test reports, and flaw detection reports.
Standard components (such as hot runners and ejector pins) undergo 100% dual inspections for hardness and dimensions, with matching specifications registered for record.
Intelligent Design and Manufacturing
CAE Mold Flow Analysis: Moldflow software is used to simulate melt flow and cooling deformation, optimize gate positions and runner balance, and pre-empt defects such as weld lines and shrinkage.
Precision CNC machines achieve ±0.005mm mould accuracy. Combined with slow-feeding wire cutting and electrical discharge machining, they ensure consistent forming of complex cavities (such as automotive trim parts and medical catheters).

Process Inspection Matrix
12 key process quality inspection points are set up: from mould base assembly accuracy (flatness ≤ 0.01mm) and heat treatment processes (nitriding layer depth 0.2-0.3mm) to trial mould testing (full-size 3D coordinate scanning), forming traceable electronic records.
An AI visual inspection system is introduced to perform millisecond-level defect identification on the appearance of injection-moulded parts (such as mobile phone cases and household appliance panels), achieving a defective product interception rate of 98%.
