Precise Material Selection
Based on the product's usage environment and performance requirements (such as mechanical strength, high-temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, etc.), carefully select suitable engineering plastics from the field of polymer materials.

For example, for automotive interior parts that need to withstand significant external forces, high-strength polycarbonate (PC) is selected. If the product needs to be used in high-temperature environments for a long time, such as electrical appliance casings, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) with excellent heat resistance will be adopted to ensure that the material properties are highly consistent with the product requirements.
Scientific Optimization
With the help of professional material performance analysis software, accurately simulate the flow, cooling, shrinkage, and other behaviors of engineering plastics during the injection molding process. By analyzing the simulation data, optimize the material formulation or model selection.

Design Scheme Evaluation

Mold Design, Development and Manufacturing 
During mold design, we use CAD/CAM/CAE software to construct a 3D model of the mold. We design various parts of the mold, such as the cavity, core, gating system and cooling system, to ensure accurate mold dimensions and perfect assembly of all components. When manufacturing the mold, advanced processing technologies such as high-speed milling, electrical discharge machining, and wire electrical discharge machining are adopted, together with high-precision processing equipment.
