Product Features​
Water  accessories produced by injection molds have extremely high dimensional accuracy, which are compatible with various water treatment systems, ensuring tight and stable installation. They have strong corrosion resistance, can adapt to various water qualities, and have a long service life.

The surface is smooth, which reduces water flow resistance, improves water treatment efficiency and lowers energy consumption. For example, the injection-molded water pipe connectors have high interface precision, are firmly connected, not easy to leak, and ensure stable water flow transmission.
Material Selection​
Engineering plastics such as PP, PVC and PE are mostly used. PP has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and is suitable for accessories used in high-temperature environments. PVC has low cost and good mechanical properties, and is used in water treatment pipes and accessories for general water quality.

PE has good flexibility and impact resistance, and is often used in accessories that need to be bent or are vulnerable to impact. For special accessories with high requirements on strength and corrosion resistance, high-performance engineering plastics such as PPS will be selected, which comply with FDA/NSF certification and can be in direct contact with water.
Manufacturing Process​
The manufacturing process is sophisticated and complex. First, high-precision molds are made according to the design drawings, and undergo precision machining and surface treatment to ensure the dimensional accuracy and smoothness of the cavity. The pre-treated plastic raw materials are added into the barrel of the injection molding machine, heated and melted, then injected into the mold cavity under high pressure.

The temperature, pressure and time are strictly controlled to ensure uniform filling of the plastic. After injection molding, it is cooled and shaped, and the accessories are taken out by opening the mold. Some accessories also require post-processing procedures such as grinding, polishing, thread processing, and secondary injection molding to add sealing rubber rings.
