Assembly Process
Take the gearbox as an example: First, fix the gearbox casing as the reference.Use a torque wrench to control the torque for threaded connections.Employ thermal or cold assembly methods for interference-fit parts.

Visually inspect surface defects such as burrs and material shortages. Use an image measuring instrument to detect the dimensions of complex structures, ensuring precise adaptation of precision parts such as buckles and slots.
Assembly Process
Mostly use buckle and ultrasonic welding methods. When assembling the casing of electronic devices, first fix the internal electronic components, then weld the casing to ensure sealing and structural strength.

In an anti-static environment, a multimeter is used to measure electrical performance, and a welding strength tester is employed to inspect the quality of pins, ensuring the normal function of components.
Assembly Process
Small surface-mount components are precisely placed by an automated pick-and-place machine and fixed via reflow soldering. Anti-static measures are implemented throughout the process, including the use of anti-static wrist straps and workbenches.

Based on product assembly drawings and process documents, determine the assembly sequence and reference for components. Typically, select structurally stable and larger-sized components as the base parts. For example, when assembling the casing of electronic devices, use the bottom shell as the reference, and determine the installation positions of other components through positioning pins or buckles to ensure accurate relative positions of all components.

Multiple connection technologies are used to integrate components. For small plastic components, hot-melt welding or ultrasonic welding is commonly employed to form a solid integrated structure. Metal components can be connected by screw fastening, riveting, or welding. Some precision parts are assembled without damage using methods such as buckles and slots.

Multiple inspection procedures are set during the assembly process to promptly identify and correct issues. After completing each sub-assembly unit, inspect its appearance, dimensions, and functions—such as the movement clearance of mechanical parts or the conductivity of electrical connections. If problems are found, adjust or replace components immediately to avoid affecting subsequent processes.

Label Content
Include product model, production date, batch number, quantity, customer name, etc., to facilitate inventory management and after-sales traceability.

Select packaging strength according to the transportation method (e.g., road, sea, air freight):
For sea freight, use moisture-proof and salt-fog-proof measures (e.g., add waterproof films to wooden cases).
For air freight, prioritize lightweight packaging to avoid overweight issues (e.g., use honeycomb cardboard instead of wooden cases).
Storage Environment Recommendations: Keep dry, ventilated, away from direct sunlight, and ensure stacking height does not exceed the packaging’s load limit.
